Pepe Morales

As Vice President, Pepe Morales is leading the effort to develop Guardian Jet's presence in Mexico and Central America. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with the company's aircraft brokerage and consulting clients. 

In 2016, Pepe joined Aerolíneas Ejecutivas (ALE), Mexico's leading business aviation company, as a member of their sales team based in Texas. He became involved in several deals, acquisitions, listings, and sales. In 2018, Pepe became the Regional Sales Director for Central Mexico, where he led preowned and new aircraft sales. He also worked closely with Textron Aviation after ALE became a channel partner for new aircraft sales. 

Pepe earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from ITAM (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México) in Mexico City, Mexico. He earned his MBA from IPADE Business School. Pepe is an instrument rated owner pilot. As a native of Mexico, Pepe is fluent in Spanish, English, as well as German.
