Zach Conover

As Sales Director, Zach Conover is responsible for developing and serving Guardian Jet's clients across the Midwest, with a focus on Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Based in Chicago, he works with aircraft owners and operators on acquisitions and sales, leveraging the firm's data and market insight to guide informed decision-making.

Zach joined Guardian Jet in 2022 as a Consultant, advising clients across its consulting and asset management platforms. That foundation continues to shape his approach, emphasizing long-term planning, detailed analysis and relationship building between transactions. In 2025, he supported more than 20 aircraft transactions totaling ~$285 million.

He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Connecticut, with a concentration in valuation and portfolio management, as well as Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses. In 2024, he earned his aircraft broker certification from the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA).

Zach is a member of the National Business Aviation Association, the Chicago Area Business Aviation Association, the Michigan Business Aviation Association and the Wisconsin Business Aviation Association. He is also active in his hometown community, supporting the Special Olympics and Guilford Youth Mentoring.
