Guardian Jet Announces Three Regional Sales Associates

Guilford, Conn. – April 5, 2022 – Guardian Jet, the world leader in aircraft brokerage, appraisals, and consulting, is pleased to announce the promotion of three of its team members to a newly created role. Patrick Lynch, John Peters, and Blake Sperry will all be moving into their new role, Regional Sales Associate.

The Regional Sales Associate role is dedicated to assisting Guardian Jet’s Vice Presidents in their designated territories. Patrick Lynch will be supporting Vice President, Gabriel Bastos within his territory. John Peters will be based in Las Vegas, Nevada, to assist Piggott in the western region. Blake Sperry will be supporting Matt Walter in his New England territory. All Regional Sales Associates will assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with the company’s aircraft brokerage and consulting clients.

In order to prepare for this new role. Guardian Jet created a 12-week program that developed every skill that is required to enter the field. The Regional Sales Associate School (RSA School) was led by the Guardian Jet team, with instructors such as Managing Partners Michael and Don Dwyer, President Doc Dwyer, and Chief Operating Officer Mike Mikolay. A number of different staff members took the time to educate the Regional Sales Associate candidates on topics ranging from territory management to aircraft buying.

“The opportunity to absorb the knowledge and methods utilized by some of the most successful minds in the industry will be absolutely invaluable to winning clients and expanding our relationships in my territory.” Said Blake Sperry when asked how RSA School prepared him for his new role. “Putting into practice the top tier content of RSA School will be all the more achievable thanks to the weekly presentations that have taught me how to speak confidently about the unparalleled service we can provide at Guardian Jet.”

After weeks of preparation, Guardian Jet is proud to have the Regional Sales Associates enter the field. The new opportunity provides the three with a chance to impact the industry.

This development is what has given me the opportunity to go into the field and help our business. Russ Piggott has been our only representative in a large western territory, so I am looking forward to helping him establish Guardian Jet’s presence even more.”
