Christopher Schiraldi joined Guardian Jet bringing more than a decade of consultative sales and client-advisory experience, with a background built around high-trust, high-dollar transactions and long-term relationship management.

Prior to joining Guardian Jet, Christopher was the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of a Madison, Connecticut–based executive search firm, where he spent nearly a decade advising clients on critical hires and career moves. Over that period, he generated approximately $1M in total sales and built a reputation for running disciplined, end-to-end search engagements—sourcing, qualifying, negotiating, and closing outcomes where stakes and expectations were high.

Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Lasell University in Newton, Massachusetts (2015). He also spent close to a decade living in Boston’s Back Bay, where he developed a strong appreciation for fast-paced, relationship-driven business environments.
