John Riccardi

A certified public accountant with more than 30 years of experience as a senior financial executive, John Riccardi, Guardian Jet’s CFO, began his professional career with a decade-long role at the international public accounting firm Ernst & Young.

After leaving in 1987 to begin his career in the private sector, John gained 18 years of experience as the chief financial officer for publicly held or private-equity-sponsored companies that enjoyed national operating platforms and had aggressive acquisition growth plans.

John Riccardi has also been an executive financial consultant for numerous middle-market companies sponsored by private equity or venture capital firms or investors. He has been a long-standing member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and has assisted various charities during his career including serving as Treasurer and Chairman for the Connecticut Special Olympics.

He is a summa cum laude graduate of Quinnipiac University, in Hamden, Connecticut.
