Regional Sales Manager - Chicago Area 

Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager sales position offers the opportunity to work in a successful environment where your personal Contributions will help drive, support and expand the Guardian Jet brand.

This is a customer and industry facing role in which you must share our "Guardian DNA" and put client service and teamwork at the forefront. With your can-do positive attitude, you will flourish in our fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your friendly, approachable voice and demeanor will represent our brand when you seek out clients, prospects and partners to engage with our brand. You must possess a solid work ethic and be flexible as priorities often change in an instant. Discretion and decorum are key as we manage million-dollar deals with some of the most private corporations and individuals from around the world.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Extensive travel within a defined sales territory to arrange meetings with Guardian Jet leadership to earn new business.
  • Represent Guardian Jet with a marketing territory of Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin.
  • Leverage Guardian Jet’s suite of products to engage new customers for consulting and brokerage.
  • Maintain existing Guardian Jet relationships in the territory.
  • Sell Guardian Jet’s listings.
  • Manage your brokerage and consulting projects and support in person when possible. 
  • Support Guardian Jet’s strategic initiatives in your territory.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks, as assigned.

Regional Sales Manager Skills and Qualifications

  • High-level sales experience working in corporate aviation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in MS Suite, especially Excel, Word and PPT.
  • Enjoy working autonomously and with minimal supervision.
  • Must have emotional maturity.
  • Ability to solve problems and handle difficult situations or people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong desire to work for a growing company with excellent employee retention.
